At Blunttique, ensuring customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. To reflect this commitment, we provide a 90-day guarantee for all products purchased from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply reach out to us at support@blunttique.com within 90 days of receipt to initiate a return process. Any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. It's important to be aware that our return address is located in Lausanne, Switzerland. The full address will be provided to customers who formally request a return through our email or contact form. Please be advised that returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted, and in such cases, we cannot issue a refund.

Our store has a cancellation policy for orders that have not yet been fulfilled. Should you wish to cancel your order, simply send us an email at support@blunttique.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that already orders whose packages have been shipped will not be possible to cancel. Also, it's important to note that all returns and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (no later than 24h after the item is delivered) if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers must send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging so that we can identify and verify the issue(s).

Upon inspection, if the item is identified as defective, or damaged, the customer will be entitled to a replacement or store credit of the amount payed. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We offer a 1-YEAR warranty for GLOWI. Our 1-year warranty covers replacement and repairs due to malfunctions and manufacturing defects. However, it does not cover normal wear and tear, theft, or physical or accidental damage
